You’ll learn how the professional cupping protocol works according to SCA standards, explore the roasting process, and understand how roast profiles influence flavor in the cup.
We'll also take you on a tour of our roasting business! Everything from how we select our coffees to how they are roasted, stored and sent out fresh to order.
